Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST. will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST. will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery time using UPS ground service is about 2-5 business days depending on your location and zip code. Delivery time using The United States Postal Service Priority Mail is about 2-9 days depending on your location and zip code.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by United Parcel Service (UPS), The United States Postal Service (USPS), or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Shipping charges do to weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or anything beyond our control are non-refundable!

We do not ship to USPS PO BOXES, Package or Freight Forwarding Companies!

We will require a signature for packages shipping to an apartment or to an address other then the billing address. There will be an additional shipping charge of $4.00.
A signature is required when the shipping address and name is not the same as the billing address. There will be an additional shipping charge of $4.00.
A signature is required for orders over $1000.00 with an additional shipping charge of $4.00.

Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address. Our policy is to request a Drivers License or another form of ID if needed to verify the validity of the address.

There will be an additional shipping charge of $4.00.
