If the shipping address provided for your order is in correct or undeliverable, a shipping address correction fee of $35.00 will be charged if the order has already shipped. This charged is determined by United Parcel Service (UPS) at the time of attempted delivery. This fee is charged by UPS and passed on to Standris Medical Supply, Inc. This charge may show on your account within 30 days of Standris Medical Supply, Inc. receiving the additional charge from UPS.
