We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase. Littmann Electronic stethoscopes and Engraved items are non-returnable! All other items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the order as long as they are in new and unused condition. All original package contents must be returned. Packaging must not be written on, defaced or damaged. Packaging must be in new and re-sellable condition. Personalized items are not returnable. Please phone or e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns, unless you are returning the merchandise for an exchange or you are doing an upgrade. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Shipping and Package Insurance charges are non-refundable! Exchanged items do not receive Free Shipping!
