Engraved products ARE NOT returnable or exchangeable, unless an error was made by Standris Medical Supply, Inc. We are not responsible for customer typos. Please DOUBLE CHECK your engraving text for spelling errors. The warranty of your stethoscope is not affected by the engraving process. The color of the engraving is controlled by the material the stethoscope or other product is made from. Which is beyond the control of Standris Medical Supply, Inc., and is not a reason for a return or exchange of the product.. The placement of the engraving is at the sole discretion of Standris Medical Supply, Inc., and is not a reason for a return or exchange of the product.
I verify that I have checked my spelling, upper/lower case letters and I approve the engraving. I agree that personalized products can not be returned! I agree that changes to the engraving cannot be made once the stethoscope or any item has been engraved.
